Lawrence Joseph Mills, age 61, of Roanoke passed away Tuesday, June 9, 2015, at his residence.
Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth Mills of Roanoke; two sons, Christopher Hager and Michael Hager, both of Missouri; one sister, Georgia Anders of Minnesota; and one brother, David L. Mills, Sr., of Roanoke.
A Missouri native, Mr. Mills was born on June 26, 1953, the son of Ivan Clifford and Mary Essner Mills. He was Catholic by faith, served in the Army National Guard, and worked in maintenance at Wal-Mart. Mr. Mills was preceded in death by his parents and deceased wife, Laverda Mills.
