Funeral services for Margaret V. Bain, age 82, of Heflin will be held on Wednesday, August 5, 2015, at 10:00 AM from Morrison Chapel with Rev. Steve Dempsey officiating. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery with Benefield Funeral Home of Wedowee in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00-8:00 PM on Tuesday, August 4, 2015. Mrs. Bain passed away Sunday, August 2, 2015, at Lineville Health and Rehab. Survivors include: four sons, Bob Bain (wife, Wanda) of Heflin, Donnie Bain (wife, Arlene) of Oxford, Ronnie Bain (wife, Connie) of Auburn, and John Bain (wife, Donna) of Heflin; six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; one sister, Betty Knight of Anniston; and three brothers, Lewis Rollins of Heflin, Frank Rollins of Oxford, and Henry Rollins of Huntsville. Pallbearers will be Chris Bain, Brian Bain, Jason Bain, Dylan Sprayberry, Austin Bain, Caleb Bain, and Josh Bain. A Cleburne County native, Mrs. Bain was born on January 8, 1933, the daughter of Henry Wesley and Rosa Lee Rollins. She was a member of Liberty Hill Methodist Church and was a homemaker. Mrs. Bain was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert “Doc” Bain; and two brothers, Ira and Neal Rollins.
