Funeral services for Michael “Mike G” Robertson, age 36, of Wedowee will be held on Friday, April 7, 2017, at 2:00 PM from Benefield Funeral Chapel with Elder Thomas Knight officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Flat Primitive Baptist Church.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00-8:00 PM on Thursday, April 6, 2017.
Mr. Robertson passed away Saturday, April 1, 2017, at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia.
Survivors include his parents, Michael Green of Birmingham and Danny and Brenda Goodwin of Wedowee; one brother, Torezz Robertson of Jacksonville, FL; and one nephew, Delo Robertson, Jr., of Roanoke.
Pallbearers will be Mr. Robertson’s friends.
A Randolph County native, Mr. Robertson was born on August 14, 1980, the son of Michael Green and Brenda Robertson Goodwin. He was Baptist by faith. Mr. Robertson was preceded in death by one brother, Demetrius “Mechee” Robertson.
