Obituary of Jamie Morgan Forman

~~Funeral services for Jamie Morgan Forman, age 53, of Woodland will be held on Thursday, June 15, 2017, at 2:00 PM from Benefield Funeral Chapel with Dr. Steve Dempsey officiating.  Burial will follow at Pilgrim’s Rest Baptist Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00-2:00 PM on Thursday, June 15 before services begin.
Mr. Forman passed away Sunday, June 11, 2017, at Wedowee Hospital.
Survivors include: one daughter, Emily Rose of Woodland; two sons, Adam Forman of Woodland and Hank Forman of Heflin; and three brothers, Ricky Forman of Heflin, Mike Forman of Roanoke, and Dewey Forman of Cartersville, GA.
Pallbearers will be Kevin Forman, Jonathan Hallmark, Dennis Forman, Norman Tanner, Chris Tanner, and Ricky Forman.
A Wedowee native, Mr. Forman was born on October 24, 1963, the son of William Boyd and Jetty Louise Teague Forman.  He was Baptist by faith.  Mr. Forman was preceded in death by his parents and one daughter, Anna Forman.
