Obituary Notice Funeral services for Mrs. Elizabeth Ioma "Libby" Rollins, age 60, of Woodland, will be held Friday, October 2, 2009 at 12:00 noon from the Woodland Independent Church with Rev. Donald Spratlin and Rev. Thomas Cochran officiating. Mrs. Rollins will lie in state one hour before the service at the church. Burial will follow in the adjoining church cemetery with Benefield Funeral Home of Wedowee in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 1, 2009. Mrs. Rollins died Wednesday, September 30, 2009 at Wedowee Hospital. Mrs. Rollins is survived by her husband, William Harvey Rollins, Jr. of Woodland; one son, William Harvey "Beau" Rollins, III and wife Lisa Rollins; three grandchildren, Morgan (husband Josh) Petty, Tyler Rollins and Nikki Gaines; one great grandchild, Jaylyn Rollins; three sisters, Sharron Barfield of Rainbow City, Betty Cooper of Dallas, GA, Patsy Starnes of Atlanta, GA; three brothers, Curtis Hancock of Dallas, GA, Jimmy Starnes of Douglasville, GA, Randy Starnes of Atlanta, GA. Pallbearers will be Tyler Rollins, Ken Britt, David Goforth, Zack Hancock, Michael Hancock and Drew Edens. Honorary pallbearers will be her nephews. Mrs. Rollins was born July 20, 1949, to Davis Camp and Mary Elizabeth Starnes Hancock. She was a member of the Woodland Independent Church and had been a homemaker. Mrs. Rollins was preceded in death by her parents; step-father, Luther J. Starnes; one sister, Deborah Goforth.
