Obituary of Patricia Ann Caldwell

Graveside services for Patricia Ann Caldwell, age 74, of Wedowee will be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2020, at 3:00 PM at Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery in Wadley with Bro. Donald Jones. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery with Benefield Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00-8:00 PM on Tuesday, October 27, 2020.

Ms. Caldwell passed away Sunday, October 25, 2020, at East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika.

Survivors include: sons, Donald Johnson (Kelly) and Randal Johnson (Brandy) both of Wedowee; step-son, James Caldwell of Alexander City; 3 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; father, Clifford Brown of Wedowee and brother, Dwight Brown of Wedowee.

A Randolph County native, Ms. Caldwell was born on October 24, 1946 the daughter of Clifford and Mary Lashley Brown. She was a seamstress at Palm Beach.  Mrs. Caldwell was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Brown and one sister.

Due to COVID-19, the family respectfully asks that everyone in attendance wear a mask.
