Sandra F. Cofield was a loving wife and mother who passed away on September 2nd at the age of 75. Sandra graduated from Woodland High School. She spent most of her life working as an office manager for the family business but had also worked as a stay-at-home mother, decorator, tax consultant, and teacher’s aide. She loved music, travel, and reading. She was an avid amateur painter, working mostly in oils.  She had many loving friends and was a compassionate listener and supporter. She had a great sense of humor and spending time with family was her very favorite thing to do.

She is survived by her husband Stanley Cofield, daughter Gerry Cofield and partner Eric White, son John Najmeh, brothers Mike Fields and Russell Wilson and her sisters-in-law Deborah Fields and Glenda Wilson, as well her nieces Sumer Evans and Timi Davis. She was particularly fond of her great niece Emilyn Evans and her great nephew Gavin Davis, who both brought great joy to her life. She was proceeded in death by her parents and brothers Gerry Fields and Timothy Fields.

Her memorial service will be Friday 9/8 at 1pm CST with visitation directly before from 11-1 both at Benefield’s Funeral Home in Wedowee AL. She asked that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Randolph County Animal Shelter or St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
