Obituary

Funeral services for Dina Davis, age 35, of Temple, GA, will be held on Monday, October 28, 2024, at 2:00 PM at Benefield Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow at Cavers Grove Christian Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:00 AM-2:00 PM on Monday, October 28, 2024.

Mrs. Davis passed away on Friday, October 25, 2024, at her home.

Survivors include her husband, Matthew Davis; two daughters, Delilah Davis and Isabelle Davis; son, Ezra Davis; mother, Denise Meadows (Edward) of Newell; father, Adel Abuellel (Samia Aly) of Orlando, FL; grandmother, Annette Cangialosi of Jacksonville; in-laws, Walt and Barbara Davis of Carrollton, GA; and five brothers, Christian Meadows (Samantha) of Woodland, Connor Meadows (Aleia) of Woodland, Forrest Meadows (Seslie) of Heflin, Omar Abuellel of Orlando, FL and Rommie Abuellel (Eman) of Orlando, FL.

Pallbearers will be Christian Meadows, Connor Meadows, Forrest Meadows, Omar Abuellel and Rommie Abuellel.

Mrs. Davis was born on September 7, 1989 in Cairo, Egypt, the daughter of Adel Abuellel and Denise Cangialosi Meadows.  She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and sister to her family. Mrs. Davis is a 2007 graduate of Woodland High School in Woodland, AL. She earned her bachelor degree in Elementary Education from the University of West Georgia. She then earned her master’s degree in counseling from the University of West Georgia. Dina added so much joy and love to the lives of her precious students, parents and colleagues. Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by her daughter, Mia Davis.
