Terry H. Tomlin, Sr., age 85, of Wedowee passed away on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at Tanner Medical Center in Carrollton, GA.

Survivors include his wife, Lana Tomlin of Wedowee; two daughters, Kim Borne (Eugene) and Michelle May; one son, Rob Tomlin (Kelly); five grandchildren, Nicole Borne, Kenneth Borne, Travis Body (Summer), Bailey Tomlin, and Colton Tomlin (Harley); and seven great-grandchildren.

A Talladega native, Mr. Tomlin was born on March 29, 1940, the son of Hilton and Irene Morris Tomlin.  He was a member of Blue Eye Baptist Church and was a United States Army veteran.  Mr. Tomlin was retired from Delta Airlines as a lead mechanic and was a member of the Freemasons.  He was preceded in death by his parents; two sons, Terry Tomlin, Jr., and Joey Tomlin; two grandchildren, Erin Tomlin and Cody Tomlin; and a sister, Myra Christian.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Faith Baptist Church Building Fund at P.O. Box 305, Roanoke, AL 36274.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at 11:30 AM at Faith Baptist Church in Roanoke, Alabama, with a 30 minute visitation before services at 11:00 AM
