Funeral services for Teresa Sheats Huddleston, age 66, of Newell will be held on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Benefield Funeral Chapel with Bro. John Davis and Bro. Larry Conger officiating.  Burial will follow at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 4:30-8:00 PM on Tuesday, October 7, 2025.

Mrs. Huddleston passed away on Monday, October 6, 2025, at her residence.

Survivors include: two daughters, Keyla Davis (John) of Newell and Amanda Pauley of Douglasville, GA; two sons, Brandon Corell Sheats (Carrie) of Woodland and Jason Cole Sheats (Andrea) of Ranburne; 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and one brother, Frank Cole (Kathy) of Woodland.

Pallbearers will be Waylon Davis, Braxton Davis, Isaac Coty, Johnny Vaughn, Austin Sheats, and Devin Parmer.  Jacob Parmer will serve as an honorary pallbearer.

A Roanoke native, Mrs. Huddleston was born on October 7, 1958, the daughter of Charlie Frank and Mary Raymond Cole.  She was a member of Freedom Harbor Church and worked as a caretaker.  Mrs. Huddleston was preceded in death by her parents; two husbands, Ronnie Sheats and Larry Huddleston; and one daughter, Amy Sheats.
