Funeral services for Penny Gosdin Justice, age 57, of Roanoke will be held on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at 1:00 PM at Benefield Funeral Chapel with Bro. Alex Higgins and Nickie Lasseter officiating. 

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00-8:00 PM on Monday, December 29, 2025.

Ms. Justice passed away on Saturday, December 27, 2025, at her residence.

Survivors include her children, Justin Benefield (Gabby) of Roanoke, Anna Robertson (Caleb) of Chatsworth, GA, Brittany Perry (Matt) of LaGrange, GA, and Robert Justice of Roanoke; eight grandchildren, Sydney Benefield, Sadie Benefield, Saylor Benefield, Banks Robertson, Mia Robertson, Jake Perry, Luke Perry, and Chandler Justice; her mother, Dicie Carr Gosdin; two sisters, Dale Richardson (Tony) of Woodland and Wanda McDaniel of Roanoke; brother, Ed Mitchum of Woodland; and special brother and sister, Keenan and Susie Moon.

Pallbearers will be Gavin Wortham, Tate Dye, and Dax Dye.

A Roanoke, AL native, Ms. Justice was born on November 23, 1968, the daughter of Henry Gearld and Dicie Carr Gosdin.  She attended Midway Full Gospel Church and worked at Amoco, Mohawk, and Mattex.  Ms. Justice was preceded in death by her daddy.
