Funeral services for Kristi Wortham Campbell, age 38, of Woodland will be held on Sunday, January 4, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Jordan Chapel Congregational Methodist Church with Bro. Chris Mitchell, Bro. Mike Nobbley, and Bro. Brian Moore officiating.  Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery with Benefield Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00-8:00 PM on Saturday, January 3, 2026.  Kristi will lie in state at the church for one hour prior to services beginning on Sunday.

Kristi passed away on Thursday, January 1, 2026, at Tanner Medical Center in Carrollton.

Survivors include her mother, Peggy Gosdin Wortham of Woodland; aunts, Patsy Kitchens of Woodland, Judy Thompson of Decatur, Stephanie Sheppard (Dell) of Wedowee, Gina Wortham of Roanoke, and Ellen Wortham of Oxford; uncles, Terry Gosdin (Tara) of Bellevue, KY, Phillip Wortham (Cathy) of Wedowee, and Donnie Wortham of Woodland; cousins, Jeffery Kitchens (Michelle), Jason Kitchens, Michelle Wallace, Jessica Tidwell, Bryan Wortham (Charla), Jeremy Wortham (Jennifer), Tonya Vowell, Danny Morrow, Adam Wortham (Anna), Anthony Wortham, Irene Varnedore (Lucas), and Kayla Stapler; and special friends, David and Makyla Johnson.

Pallbearers will be Terry Gosdin, Jason Kitchens, Barry Johnson, David Johnson, Dell Sheppard, and Bryan Wortham.  Adam Wortham will serve as an honorary pallbearer.

A Randolph County native, Kristi was born in Carrollton, GA, on November 3, 1987, the daughter of Kenneth Lee and Peggy Gosdin Wortham.  She was Methodist by faith and worked as a service advisor at Team One Hyundai of Gadsden.  Kristi was preceded in death by her father; paternal grandparents, Lowell and Jessie Wortham; maternal grandparents, Junior and Willie Pearl Gosdin; and uncles, Jerry Wortham, Clyde Wortham, and Steve Thompson.

Memorials may be floral or donations may be made to Benefield Funeral Home to go towards final expenses.
