Elvira Margot Lands, age 76, of Newell passed away on Saturday, April 4, 2026, at Tanner Medical Center-East Alabama in Wedowee.

Survivors include her husband, Harvey Lands of Newell; two sons, Frank Lands and Jesse Lands; and one grandchild, Autumn Lands.

Born on January 18, 1950, Mrs. Lands was the daughter of Frank and Katherine Lorzen.  She was Catholic by faith and was a homemaker.  Mrs. Lands was preceded in death by her parents.
