Talbert Hugh Smith, Jr., age 54, passed away Sunday, May 31, 2015, at his residence.
Survivors include his wife, Janie Duncan Smith of Wedowee; one daughter, Amanda Roysdon (husband, Josh) of Roanoke; one son, Tony Smith (wife, Chantelle) of Roanoke; five grandchildren, Ashton, Mallory, Colt, Kaleigh, and Gabby; his mother, Sue Smith; stepmother, Sharon Smith; one sister, Regina Faber of Ocoee, FL; and three brothers, Richie Smith of Ocoee, FL, Jeff Smith of Groveland, FL, and Greg Smith of Ocoee, FL.
A Florida native, Mr. Smith was born on October 19, 1960, the son of Talbert Hugh Smith, Sr., and Martha Sue Musselwhite Smith. He was Christian by faith and was a self-employed painter. Mr. Smith was preceded in death by his father and one son, Cory Smith.
The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
