Obituary Notice
Funeral services for Curtis Ray Laney age 84 of Lanett will be held Tuesday January 1, 2013 at 11 AM from Benefield Funeral Chapel with Bro. Ricky Martin officiating. Burial will follow in the Napoleon Church of Christ Cemetery.
Mr. Laney passed away Sunday December 30, 2012 at his residence.
Mr. Laney is survived by his wife Chella F. Daniel Laney of Lanett; one son Jim (Beverly) Laney of Tennessee.
Mr. Laney was born April 24, 1928 the son of Loren and Parma Prince Laney. He was a retired salesman for Armstrong World Wide and a member of Napoleon Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his parents and one daughter Susan Joan Laney.
The family will accept flowers or suggest donations to Napoleon Church of Christ Cemetery Fund or Chattahoochee Hospice.
The family will receive friends at Benefield Funeral Home- Wedowee on Monday December 31, 2012 from 5 till 8 PM.
