Funeral services for Michael David Warren, age 57, of Wedowee will be held on Sunday, October 6, 2013, at 1:00 p.m.(CST) from Benefield Funeral Chapel with Rev. Wendell Ford officiating. Burial will follow at Wedowee City Cemetery with Benefield Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
The family will receive friends at Benefield Funeral Home in Wedowee, Alabama, from 4:00-6:00(CST) on Saturday, October 5, 2013.
Mr. Warren died Thursday, October 3, 2013, at his residence.
Survivors include his wife, Tessie Warren of Wedowee; two sons, Spencer (Becky) Warren of Douglasville, GA, and David (Annjanette) Warren of Douglasville, GA; two grandchildren, Jaci Warren and Hannah Warren; his mother-in-law, Betty Hulme of Lithia Springs, GA; and one brother, Jerry (Teri) Warren of Cincinatti, OH.
A Marietta, Georgia, native, Mr. Warren was born on August 10, 1956, the son of Jack Warren and Reba Fields. He was a self-employed painter. Mr. Warren was preceded in death by his parents.
