John Robert Bailey, age 64, of Wedowee passed away Wednesday, January 8, 2014, in Wedowee, Alabama.
Survivors include his wife, Dale Bailey of Wedowee; three daughters, Deana Breedlove of Wedowee, Jill Dutton of Valley, and Jenny Wortham of Woodland; two sons, Justin Bailey of Wedowee and Ben Bailey of Woodland; nine grandchildren; his father, Calvin Bailey of Wedowee; two sisters, Rita Bradley and Deborah Deason, both of Wedowee; and one brother, Dennis Bailey of Wedowee.
A Randolph County native, Mr. Bailey was born on July 4, 1949, the son of Calvin and Marie Bailey. He was a manager at Wedowee Motel. Mr. Bailey was preceded in death by his mother and one brother, Donald Bailey.
