James Francis Mobus, age 60, of Wedowee passed away Friday, April 25, 2014, at Gentiva Hospice in Columbus, Georgia.
Survivors include his wife, Tracy Haynes Mobus of Wedowee; one daughter, Ashley Mobus of Wedowee; one son, Michael Mobus of Wedowee; and one brother, Howard Mobus of Tennessee.
A New Jersey native, Mr. Mobus was born on October 10, 1953, the son of Woodrow and Helen Elizabeth Chase Mobus. He was a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran of the Vietnam War and was a forklift operator for Tyson. Mr. Mobus was preceded in death by his parents.
