Funeral services for Kimberly Irene Mills, age 44, of Ozark will be held on Thursday, June 26, 2014, at 1:30 PM from Benefield Funeral Chapel with Rev. Fred Flowers officiating. Burial will follow in Wedowee City Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:30-1:30 PM on Thursday, June 26, 2014.
Ms. Mills passed away Saturday, June, 21, 2014, at her residence.
Survivors include: one daughter, Anna; one son, Andy Owens, of Lovejoy, Ga; her mother, Deloris (husband, James) Flournoy of Wedowee; one sister, Sandra (husband, Paul) Mandall of Eatonton, Ga; one brother, James (wife, Lisa) Mills of Fayetteville, GA; best friend, Steve Looklar; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A Florida native, Ms. Mills was born on September 10, 1969, the daughter of James Royce Mills and Deloris Jo McBeth Flournoy. She was Baptist by faith and was a homemaker. Ms. Mills was preceded in death by her father; one sister, Felice Mills; and one brother, Daryl Wayne Mills.
