Obituary Notice
Funeral services for Fannie Dell Traylor age 88 will be held Sunday August 3, 2014 at 2:00 PM from Benefield Funeral Chapel with Rev. Mark Moore and Rev. David Daniel officiating. Burial will follow in the Zion Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Traylor passed away Thursday July 31, 2014 at Regional Medical Center in Anniston.
The family will receive friends at Benefield Funeral Home-Wedowee on Saturday August 2, 2014 from 4 till 8 PM.
Mrs. Traylor is survived by two daughters Shirlene (husband, Norman) Stewart and Nancy (husband, Hugh) Fordham both of Woodland; one son JR Traylor of Woodland; seven grandchildren,11 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Pallbearers will be William Harmon, John Warren, Garth Murr, Jimmy Price, Buddy Holloway and Jessy Traylor.
Honorary pallbearers will be Thomas Traylor, Ken Fordham, Ryan Fordham and Jim Traylor.
A Randolph County native, Mrs. Traylor was born January 22, 1926 the daughter of William (Bud) and Fannie Whaley Harmon. She was a homemaker and a member of Zion Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Curtis Traylor, one son Jimmy Traylor, one infant daughter Joyce Marie, three sisters and four brothers.
