Funeral services for Linda Sue Jordan Brown, age 52, of Lafayette, will be held on Sunday, November 16, 2014 at 2:30 PM from Benefield Funeral Chapel with Rev. Donald Delee and Rev. Clifford Delee officiating. Burial will follow at Christiana Baptist Church.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:30-2:30 PM on Sunday, November 16.
Mrs. Jordan passed away Saturday, November 15, 2014 at her residence.
Survivors include her husband, Jerald Brown of Lafayette; two daughters, Amanda Taft (husband Chris) of Liburn, GA and Kim Shirey of Fayetteville, GA; five grandchildren, Joshua Taft, Jake Taft, Logan Waddell, Skyler Waddell, and Emma Doty; two sisters, Mary Ann Campbell of Temple, GA and Judy Kicker of Villa Rica, GA.
A Chambers County native, Mrs. Jordan was born on March 18, 1962, the daughter of Everett and Edna Pollard Kilgore. She was employed by Tanner Medical Center. Mrs. Jordan was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles Jordan; and brother, Tommy Lee Kilgore.
