Funeral services for Tony Ray McCain, age 67, of Woodland will be held on Sunday at 2:00 PM from Benefield Funeral Chapel with Rev. Anthony Herren officiating. Burial will follow at Cavers Grove Christian Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00-8:00 PM on Saturday, October 17, 2015.
Mr. McCain passed away Friday, October 16, 2015, at Lineville Assisted Living.
Survivors include: one daughter, Tammy Herren of Woodland; two sons, Scott McCain of Newell and James McCain of Roanoke; five grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Honorary pallbearers will be Mr. McCain’s grandsons.
A Randolph County native, Mr. McCain was born on February 11, 1948, the son of Kermit and Eron Campbell McCain. He was a member of Cavers Grove Christian Church and worked as a janitor for Plantation Patterns. Mr. McCain was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Ed McCain; and a great-grandchild.
