Johnny was instrumental in Marty and I meeting for the first time. As teens he nagged Marty into attending a Halloween carnival at my high school. I was also there with girlfriends. My friend and Johnny knew one another. We connected and all spent the evening together. That was almost 37 years ago. I will forever be grateful to Johnny for his part that night. He was so sweet, funny, and had laughing, sparkling brown eyes. Through loss, I know how much his family is suffering. Know this; he is pain free now. Hold on to loving, wonderful memories of a man you loved and imagine those twinkling eyes lighting up Heaven.
