Obituary of Janice Marie Clark

Graveside services for Janice Marie Clark, age 51, of Roanoke will be held on Saturday, September 7, 2019, at 2:00 PM at Rock Springs Christian Cemetery with Rev. Keith Benefield officiating and Benefield Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. 

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:00 AM-2:00 PM on Saturday before services begin.

Ms. Clark passed away Tuesday, September 3, 2019, at her residence.

Survivors include her mother, Betty Miles of Roanoke; one sister, Kimberly Brown of Potash; and one brother, Timothy Clark of Pine Mountain, GA.

A Roanoke native, Ms. Clark was born on September 11, 1968, the daughter of Curtis Clark and Betty Anne Simons Miles.  She was Church of God by faith and worked as a CNA at Traylor’s Nursing Center.  Ms. Clark was preceded in death by her father, two sisters, and three brothers.
