Graveside services for Bobby James Crumbley, age 83, of Wedowee will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2019, at 1:30 PM CST at Welcome United Methodist Church Cemetery in Roopville, Georgia.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:00 AM-12:30 PM CST on Saturday before services begin.

Mr. Crumbley passed away Saturday, October 5, 2019, at Tanner Medical Center in Carrollton, Georgia.

Survivors include: one daughter, Nancy Crumbley Wilson of Wedowee; one grandchild, Jennifer Tanner Jordan (Ben) of Pelham, AL; and special friends, Doug Jones and Laurie Wilkie.

Pallbearers will be the Masons.

An Atlanta, Georgia native, Mr. Crumbley was born on March 9, 1936, the son of Henry and Marie Ellis Crumbley.  He was a United States Air Force veteran of the Korean conflict and Baptist by faith.  Mr. Crumbley attended Brandeis University and worked as a supervisor for the City of Atlanta.  He was a master mason for over 50 years and a member of American Legion Post 1 in Atlanta, Georgia.  Mr. Crumbley was preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Clarice Crumbley; second wife, Joyce Cowart Crumbley; one son, James Crumbley; and two brothers.
