Noah Skidmore, Jr., age 88, of Wedowee passed away Friday, March 20, 2020, at his residence.
Survivors include six children, Sharon Paris (Robert Estep) of Loganville, GA, Deborah Farr of Newnan, GA, Harold Skidmore of Luthersville, GA, Dianna Kitchens (Carl) of Cragford, AL, Donna McCormack (Kevin) of Newnan, GA, and Brian Skidmore of Smiths Station, AL.
A Deering, Kentucky native, Mr. Skidmore was born on November 26, 1931, the son of Noah Skidmore, Sr,, and Julia Ann Bishop Skidmore. He was United States Army veteran of the Vietnam conflict and worked as a truck driver for Coats & Clark and also installed sheetrock. Mr. Skidmore was preceded in death by his parents; one grandchild, David Peppers; three brothers, Ernest, Harley, and Harold; and two sisters, Wanda Couch and Julie Skidmore.
