Obituary of Sandra Miles Alsabrook

Sandra Miles Alsabrook, 67, of Newell passed away Monday, October 12, 2020, at Northside Hospital in Atlanta.

Survivors include her husband of 49 years, Williams Alsabrook, Jr.; sisters, Sherry Yarbrough (Stanley) of Roanoke, Cathy Florence (Roger) of Newell, and Wanda White (Barry) of Ranburn; and grandchildren, Lily and Jack Alsabrook.

A lifelong Randolph County resident, Mrs. Alsabrook was born in Calhoun County on March 28, 1953, the daughter of Katha and Billie Bean Miles.  She was a member of Union Baptist Church and retired from the Bank of Wedowee after 30 plus years.  Mrs. Alsabrook loved the Lord and her family, working in her flowers, and being outdoors.  She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Gregory Thomas Alsabrook; grandparents, Jack and Clara Miles and Grady and Mac Taylor; and niece, Danielle Florence.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
