Obituary of Annie Pearl Hill Cagle

Annie Pearl Hill Cagle, age 84, of Newell, AL, passed away on December 18, 2020, at Regional Medical Center in Anniston, AL.

Survivors include two sons, John R. Cagle of Newell, AL and Douglas Glenn Cagle of Covington, GA; three grandchildren, Melissa Cagle, Ashley Cagle, and Christopher Cagle; one sister, Dorothy Davidson of Ashland, AL; and three brothers, Robert Larry Hill of Covington, GA, Jimmy Ray Hill of Ashland, AL, and Danny Hill of Ashland, AL.

A Clay County native, Mrs. Cagle was born on October 26, 1936, the daughter of John Joseph and Thelma Mae Watts Hill. She was a member of Golden Springs Church of Christ and had worked as a seamstress. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Earnest Leonard Cagle; two sons, Earnest Wayne Cagle and Robert Dale Cagle; two sisters, Mary Jo Lowery and Margie Carpenter; and one brother, Ronnie Lee Hill.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
