Funeral services for Kenneth Arrington, age 68, of Roanoke will be held on Saturday, April 17, 2021, at 3:00 PM at Benefield Funeral Chapel with Bro. Keith Benefield officiating.  Burial will follow at Big Springs Baptist Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00-3:00 PM on Saturday before services begin.

Mr. Arrington passed away Thursday, April 15, 2021, at East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika.

Survivors include: one daughter, Lesli Arrington of Woodland; one son, Rod Arrington (Amanda) of Roanoke; three grandchildren, Bailey Arrington, Chloe Moore, and Sara Lynn Moore; four great-grandchildren, Aubrie Britton, Mikey Wright, Brenlee Wright, and Avery Hale; two sisters, Sheila Mitchell and Diane Dean, both of Georgia; one brother, Mike Kirkland of Randolph County, Alabama; and his companion and her son, Debby Wright and Timmy Wright.

Pallbearers will be Mark Mitchell, Mike Heard, Cal Green, Chad Green, Don Harrison, and Tracey Emory.

A Randolph County native, Mr. Arrington was born on January 16, 1953, the son of Arvin and Joellette Mulkey Arrington.  He was a member of Big Springs Baptist Church and the owner of Arrington Timber Company.  Mr. Arrington was preceded in death by his parents and great-grandson, Clayton Arrington.
