Obituary of Sieglinde "Linda" Bellisle

Funeral services for Sieglinde “Linda” Bellisle, age 72, of Wedowee will be held on Monday, August 9, 2021, at 3:00 PM at Benefield Funeral Chapel with Rev. Jonathan Hannah officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00-3:00 PM on Monday before services begin.

Mrs. Bellisle passed away Thursday, August 5, 2021, in Cleburne County, Alabama.

Survivors include her husband, Eddy Bellisle of Wedowee; one son, James Joseph Bellisle of Washington; two grandchildren; two sisters, Regina Wortham of Wedowee and Renate Daughtry of Clearwater, FL; and one brother, Karlheinz Wenzel of Germany.

A Mannhiem, Germany native, Mrs. Bellisle was born on June 25, 1949, the daughter of Alfred and Wilma Gottfried Wenzel.  She was a member of Iduma Congregational Methodist Church and was a housewife.  Mrs. Bellisle was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters.
