Virginia A. Shelnutt, age 74, of Woodland passed away Tuesday, August 10, 2021, at Tanner Medical Center in Carrollton, GA.
Survivors include her husband, Paul Shelnutt of Woodland; three sons, Joe Mullaly, Wesley Shelnutt, and John Shelnutt; one daughter, Christina Williamson; and 11 grandchildren.
A Calhoun County native, Mrs. Shelnutt was born on May 20, 1947, the daughter of Charlie Hensey and Cynthia Brown Austin. She was a member of Iduma Congregational Methodist Church and worked in landscaping. Mrs. Shelnutt was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Mark Mullaly; two sisters and three brothers.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 21, 2021, at 11 AM at Oak Grove Church of Christ Cemetery.
