Funeral services for Angie Wysner, age 74, of Woodland will be held on Thursday, January 6, 2022 at 3:00 PM at Benefield Funeral Chapel with Bro. Jerry Wiggins, Bro. Donald Spradlin, and Bro. Lee Messer officiating.  Burial will follow at Campground Methodist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00-8:00 PM on Wednesday evening.

Mrs. Wysner passed away Sunday, January 2, 2022, at Tanner-East Alabama Medical Center in Wedowee.

Survivors include her husband, Dean Wysner of Woodland; one daughter, Deena (Reid) Barron of Woodland; a daughter-in-law, Tina Wysner; and seven grandchildren, Tanner Cook, Abby (Jared) Adair, Mason Wysner, Brittany Sartin, Zach (Emilee) Barron, Bailey (Colton) Butts, and Sydney Barron; and five great-grandchildren, Easton Hayes Adair, Maddyn James Butts, Raylee Sartin, Kayleigh Sartin, and Anna Sartin.

Pallbearers will be Chuck Rice, Jamey Gray, Ken Spradlin, Gary Dalrymple, Scott Spradlin, Mike Spradlin, Brad Johnson and Bobby Crenshaw.

A Woodland native, Mrs. Wysner was born on September 23, 1947, the daughter of Marvin and Earla Bailey Spradlin.  She was a member of Mt. Carmel Church of Christ and worked as a rural mail carrier for the United States Postal Service.  Mrs. Wysner was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Lori Wysner; a son, Chad Wysner; a sister, Shirley Rice; and a brother, Johnny Spradlin.
