Obituary of Brinice L. Holloway

                                                                        OBITUARY

Funeral services for Brinice L. Holloway, age 80, of Woodland, will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, January 19, 2022, at Providence Baptist Church with Rev. Claude Bennett officiating. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery with Benefield Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 4:00 to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, January 18, 2022.

Mrs. Holloway passed away on Monday, January 17, 2022, at West Georgia Health in LaGrange, Georgia.

Survivors include daughters, Gail Butler (Gene) of Rock Mills, AL and Diane Kellum (George) of Woodland; son, Steve Butler (Kathy) of Roanoke; 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; sister, Renice Tanksley of Woodland; brothers, L. C. Henderson of Woodland and Jimmy Henderson of Woodland.

Pallbearers will be Jimmy Kellum, Brandon Kellum, Jeremy Butler, Lee Butler, Jarrod Carter, Jeffery Henderson and Chase Laws.

A Wedowee native, Mrs. Holloway was born May 11, 1941, the daughter of Monroe and Fannie Brown Henderson. She was a seamstress for Bremen Bowdon Investment Company. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Carlos Butler; husband, Marion Holloway; two brothers and infant daughter, Nancy Louise Butler.
