William Nolen, age 79, passed away on Saturday, April 2, 2022, at his residence in Wedowee, Alabama.
Survivors include his daughter, Lisa Arrington (Ted) of Woodland, AL; sons Chris Nolen (April) of Wedowee, AL, and Billy Nolen of Ft. Worth, TX; and sister, Alice Robison (George) of Tyus, GA.
A Randolph County native, Mr. Nolen was born on July 26, 1942, the son of Walter and Verdie Yarbrough Nolen. He was a member of Smyrna Baptist Church. Mr. Nolen was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Mary Frances Ballinger Nolen; sisters, Florine Walls and Myrtle Cummings; brother, Herbert Nolen; and an infant child.
