Obituary of William Matthew Waters-McManus

Funeral services for William Matthew Waters-McManus, age 21, of Roanoke will be held on Monday, October 10, 2022, at 2:00 PM at Benefield Funeral Chapel with Bro. Randall Skinner officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM on Sunday, October 9, 2022.

William passed away Thursday, October 6, 2022.

Survivors include: parents, Timothy Edward McManus, Letisha Waters, and Danette McManus; bonus parents, Chris Benefield and Jimmy Gray; grandparents, Anne and Anthony Daniel, Franky Waters, Ed McManus, and Vicki Handling; sisters, Jessica Money, Karlee Benefield, and Taya McManus; brothers, Trenton Waters, Brock McManus, and Cameron Money.

Pallbearers will be Johnathan Daniel, Colton McManus, Richard Turner, A.J. Farmer, Tre Farr, and Riley Burke. Honorary pallbearers will be Brock McManus, Trent Waters, and Cameron Money.

William was born on May 2, 2001. He is the son of Timothy Edward McManus and Letisha Waters. William is a member of Bethel West Church, and worked in construction. He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Cindy Phillips; grandfather, Daniel Hawling; and grandmother Leslie Waters.
