Evelyn Chris Morris, age 81, of Woodland passed away on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at her residence.

Survivors include her husband, Jackson H. Morris of Woodland; two daughters, Belinda Ward of Forsyth, GA, and Terri Caldwell of Roanoke, AL; and one son, Bruce Morris of Monroe, GA.

An Atlanta native, Mrs. Morris was born on November 28, 1941, the daughter of Ray and Hester Voyles Lunsford.  She was a member of Providence Baptist Church and worked as an engineer clerk for AT&T before retiring.  Mrs. Morris was preceded in death by her parents and one sister.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
