Graveside services for Earlene Dewberry Hill, age 84, of LaGrange, GA, will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2024, at 2:00 PM at Rocky Branch Baptist Church Cemetery with Bro. Matt Browning officiating and Benefield Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:45 AM-1:30 PM on Saturday, March 9 before services begin.

Ms. Hill passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2024, at Wellstar West Georgia Hospital in LaGrange, Georgia.

Survivors include: one daughter, Vikki Williamson Pelter (Zacchary) of LaGrange, GA; two grandchildren, Matthew Williamson (Leigh-Ann) of Key West, FL, and Lindsey Williamson Presley of San Diego, CA; two great-grandchildren, McKenzie Williamson and Andee Williamson; one sister, Miriam Miller of Hampton, GA; nephew, Glenn Craven (Linda) of Stockbridge, GA; niece, Carol Olthoff (Dan); and numerous great-nieces and nephews.

A Wedowee native, Ms. Hill was born on July 15, 1939, the daughter of John Wesley and Maddie Lee Rollins Dewberry.  She was a retired computer programmer and worked during her career at Playtex and as an operator at Wellstar.  Ms. Hill was a member of the Garden Club in LaGrange and was a master gardener.  She was preceded in death by her parents.
