Graveside services for Phillip “Phil” H. Holliday, 71, of Wedowee will be held on Friday, July 5, 2024, at 11:00 AM at Randolph Memory Gardens with Bro. Tim Whaley officiating and Benefield Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Holliday passed away on Tuesday, July 2, 2024, at his residence.

Survivors include two nephews, Sean Holliday (Shelley) of Roanoke and Shay Holliday (Tess) of Birmingham.

A lifelong Randolph County resident, Mr. Holliday was born in Alexander City on November 7, 1952, the son of Horace and Irma Perry Holliday.  He was Christian by faith and preceded in death by his parents and brother, Sandy Holliday.

Pallbearers will be Sean Holliday, Shay Holliday, Nathan Strickland and Rob Seay.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any donations be made to Benefield Funeral Home to go towards final expenses.
