Obituary Notice

Funeral services for Judy Delaine Clark Samples, will be held Saturday, September 19, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. from the Concord Primitive Baptist Church with Rev. Kenneth Layton and Rev. Keith Benefield officiating. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery with Benefield Funeral Home of Wedowee in charge of arrangements.

The family will receive friends at the church from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 19, 2009.

Mrs. Samples died Wednesday, September 16, 2009 at her home.

Mrs. Samples is survived by her husband, Tony R. Samples of Roanoke; one daughter, Samantha Hall of Roanoke; one son, Chris Clark of Lanett; her mother, Betty Miles of Wedowee; two sisters, Marie Clark of Wedowee, Kim Brown of Woodland; one brother, Tim Clark of Pine Mountain, GA; one grandchild, Emily Hall.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.

Mrs. Samples was born June 20, 1970, the daughter of Curtis and Betty Simon Miles Clark. She was of the Baptist faith and had been a housewife. Mrs. Samples was preceded in death by her father.
