Obituary of Tracy Lester Ward

Obituary Notice Funeral services for Tracy Lester Ward, age 28, of Wedowee, will be held Sunday, November 29, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. from the Union Hill Congregational Methodist Church with Rev Larry Howard officiating. Mr. Ward will lie in state one hour before the service at the church. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery with Benefield Funeral Home of Wedowee in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 28, 2009. Mr. Ward died Thursday, November 26, 2009. Mr. Ward is survived by his father, Paul Ward of Wedowee; his mother, Shelby Mize of Wedowee; one daughter, Emma Ward of Wedowee; one step-daughter, Jessica Franklin of Wedowee; one son, Alex Ward of Wedowee; one step-son, Caleb Franklin of Wedowee; two sisters, Tina Ward of Wedowee, Tanya Maddox of Hokes Bluff. Pallbearers will be friends and family. Mr. Ward was born, January 28, 1981. He was of the Pentecostal faith and had worked for Lake Wedowee Body Shop.
