Funeral services for Naomi Crews " Nay Nay" Bradley, age 87 of Roanoke will be held Thursday July 29, 2010 at 11:00 AM at First Baptist Church of Wedowee with Rev. Gordon Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in the Wedowee City Cemetery.
Mrs. Bradley passed away Tuesday July 27, 2010 .
Mrs. Bradley is survived by a daughter, Debbie (Russell) Robinson of Roanoke, a sister Lottie Cofield of Newell, a grand daughter Shannon ( Jonathan) Patterson, two great-grandchildren Bradley and Davis Patterson.
Pallbearers will be Norred Crews, Bob Story, Bobby Cofield, Richard Craft, Billy Edwards, Jack Simpson, Jimmy Chaffin and Charles Johnson.
Mrs. Bradley was born May 2, 1923 the daughter of Smiley B. and Mamie Reeves Crews, she was a pre-school Sunday School teacher and member at First Baptist Church of Wedowee for 52 years, she retired from Fashion Star, she was a seamstress for 32 years, everybody enjoyed her delicious teacakes. She was preceded in death by her parents and several brothers and sisters.
The family will receive friends at Benefield Funeral Home- Wedowee on Wednesday July 28, 2010 from 5 till 8 PM.
