Obituary Notice
Funeral services for Wylodene Jeanette Freeman Herren age 67 of Woodland will be held Friday October 22, 2010 at 2:00 PM at Taylor's Crossroads Church of Christ with Bro. Donald Thompson and Bro. Harry Cobb officiating. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery.
Mrs. Herren passed away Wednesday October 20, 2010 at her residence.
Mrs. Herren is survived by a son Randy R. (Teresa) Herren of Woodland, two sisters Joann ( Fred) Melton of Valley and Linda ( Richard) Smith of Phenix City, four grandchildren Denise( Josh) Smith, Nicholas R. Herren, Billy ( Holly) Herren and Whitney Herren and four grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Richard Smith, Dwight Thomas, Allan Daniel, Jerry Herren, Darren Holmes, Chris Melton and Matt Smith.
Mrs. Herren was born July 11, 1943 the daughter of Mary Scott Freeman she was a homemaker and a member of Taylor's Crossroads Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her mother and a brother Curtis Freeman.
The family will receive friends at Benefield Funeral Home - Wedowee on October 21, 2010 from 4:30 till 8 pm. She will lie in state one hour prior to services at the church.
