Obituary Notice
Mr. Ralph Daniel Ellis, age 58, of Wadley, died June 10, 2012, at East Alabama Medical Center. A memorial service will be announced at a later time.
Mr. Ellis is survived by one daughter, Megan Cox of Fayette County, GA; two sons, John Dale Ellis of Fort Long, SC, Ralph Daniel Ellis, JR of Great Falls SC; adopted mother, Annick Durrough; two sisters, Dorothy (husband Tim) Blair of Union City, GA, Lynn Whitter of Moreland, GA; four brothers, Arthur Laverne Ellis of Chester, SC, Frank Durrough of Port St. Joe, FL, Bennie Durrough of Lexington, KY, Timothy Floyd Ellis of Lancaster, SC; four grandchildren.
Mr. Ellis was born April 14, 1954, the son of Arthur B. and Francis Marcine Terry Ellis. He was a member of the First Methodist Church of Wadley and had worked as a security guard for Plantation Patterns. Mr. Ellis is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Deborah Laws.
