Amiga Zola, beloved neighbor...may you finally be at Peace and resting. I know what you have been going through...you personally told me. Now, you just rest...your amigos here in Jacksonville, Alabama, will continue to take up your cause against our abusive and unjust municipal government and it mistreatment of the elderly and alone.
I and others will miss seeing you walking by our homes, searching for pecans, smiling and waving at us...stopping by to chat. You were loved by us and we have already been missing you. I am so sorry that your departure from this existence was so tragic...and that those of us who cared about you were not knocking at your door sooner. If we had only known...
