Obituary of Lesli Arrington

Funeral services for Lesli Arrington, age 42, of Woodland will be held on Wednesday, November 10, 2021, at Benefield Funeral Chapel with Bro. Bill Prince, Jr., and Bro. Lee Moore officiating. 

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:30 AM – 2:00 PM on Wednesday before services begin.

Ms. Arrington passed away Tuesday, November 9, 2021, at her home.

Survivors include: two daughters, Sarah Lynn and Chloe Moore, both of Woodland; her mother, Katrenia Arrington of Woodland; a brother, Rod Arrington (Amanda) of Roanoke; one nephew, Bailey Arrington (Amber) of Roanoke; and a great-niece, Aubrie Arrington.

Honorary pallbearers will be Gregg Moore, Lee Moore, Shawn Scott, Rod Arrington, Paul Hodge, and Bailey Arrington.

A Randolph County native, Ms. Arrington was born on June 16, 1979, the daughter of Kenneth Arrington and Katrina Bailey Arrington.  She was a member of Taylor’s Crossroads Church of Christ and worked as an LPN at the Woodland Medical Clinic.  Ms. Arrington was preceded in death by her father and her husband, Steven Moore. 

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any donations be made to Benefield Funeral Home to go toward final expenses.
