Ruth and I went to elementary school together. She was always a joy and made everyone around her feel happy and comfortable. Life took us in different directions, but we were able to reconnect a few years ago. It was as if we'd never missed a day. She was my friend. I pray her memory will be a blessing to all of her family and those who knew here. I know they will for me.
