Obituary Notice
Funeral services for Betty Lou Daniel age 76 of Newell will be held Saturday April 23, 2011 at 12 noon at Benefield Funeral Chapel with Rev. J. W. Daniel and Rev. Keith Rivers officiating. Burial will follow in the Smyrna Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Daniel passed away Wednesday April 20, 2011 at Carrollton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Mrs. Daniel is survived by her husband Ray Daniel of Newell, two daughters Denise L. ( husband Scott Rogers) Daniel of Prattville and Jamie Chupp of Fruithurst, three sisters Peggy Irwin, Nellie Donaldson and Agnes Phillips all of California, a furry grandchild Madison.
Mrs. Daniel was born April 10, 1935 the daughter of Bill and Lettie Park. She was a retired inspector for Breman-Bowden Investment Company and a member of Union Hill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, a son Stanley Daniel Jr., and three brothers Billy, Harley and Johnny Park.
The family will receive friends at Benefield Funeral Home - Wedowee on Saturday April 23, 2011 from 11 AM till 12 noon.
