Ms. Hazel, Phil, and family,
I thought the world of Mr. Charlie Will. Lord only knows between him, Daddy, and Harry Shepard they all kept us out of a world of trouble growing up. Randolph County was the best place to have been fortunate to have grown up there and it sure didn't hurt to have parents in law enforcement. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this time. Take care.
